Terms of Use
Last updated: October 20, 2026
These terms apply to your use of Latticeshot (“Latticeshot”, “we”, “us”), the web app at latticeshot.com. By using Latticeshot, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
1. The service
Latticeshot lets you arrange photos into collages and carousel slides and export them for Instagram and other platforms. It’s free, it runs in your browser, and it doesn’t require an account. You can optionally sign in with Google, for example to save projects to your Google Drive or add photos from Google Photos. You can delete your account at any time from the editor. We may change, improve, suspend or discontinue any part of Latticeshot, or close accounts that break these terms, at any time.
2. Your content
- You keep all rights to the photos you use and the collages you create. Latticeshot doesn’t receive or store your photos, so we don’t claim any license to them. Projects you save are kept in your own Google Drive, and you’re responsible for keeping copies of anything important.
- You’re responsible for having the rights to the photos you use, and for how you use and share what you create.
3. Acceptable use
Don’t use Latticeshot to:
- create or share content that is illegal or infringes anyone’s rights, including copyright, privacy and publicity rights;
- interfere with, overload, attack or try to gain unauthorized access to Latticeshot or the services it connects to;
- use the Adobe Lightroom, Google Photos or Google Drive connections to reach content you aren’t allowed to access, or in breach of Adobe’s or Google’s terms;
- send feedback that is abusive, spam or contains other people’s personal information.
4. Google, Adobe Lightroom and other third-party services
Latticeshot can connect to your Google account, Google Photos and Google Drive, and to your Adobe Lightroom account, if you choose to sign in. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, including the Google Terms of Service and the Adobe General Terms of Use. Exporting to and sharing on Instagram or other platforms is governed by those platforms’ terms. We’re not responsible for third-party services, their availability or changes they make.
Google and Google Photos are trademarks of Google LLC. Adobe and Lightroom are either registered trademarks or trademarks of Adobe in the United States and/or other countries. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Latticeshot isn’t affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Google, Adobe or Meta.
5. Privacy and feedback
How Latticeshot handles information is described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve Latticeshot without any obligation to you.
6. Latticeshot itself
The Latticeshot app, its design and its code belong to us or our licensors. You may use the app for personal and commercial projects, but you may not copy, resell or misrepresent the app itself. Open-source components are provided under their own licenses.
7. No warranty
Latticeshot is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep your own copies of your original photos; we can’t recover anything for you.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, content, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of Latticeshot. Because Latticeshot is free, our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to USD 50. Some places don’t allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you, and nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll change the date at the top of this page, and if you keep using Latticeshot after a change, the updated terms apply.
